The Suite also includes Canvas

Canvas can be used to create maps from multiple data sources as well as virtually any WMS data source.

In keeping with our philosophy of providing fair and transparent pricing, the Enterprise Suite starts at only $55 per month.

As part of our commitment to offer the best GIS tools possible, we are very pleased to announce a new, un-managed VPS cloud service: DistroGIS

DistroGIS provides the most popular GIS components (PostgreSQL, PostGIS, GeoServer, GeoNode, OpenGeo, etc…) along with a LAMP stack and NodeJS.

Full root access is provided and Webmin is also included along with Proj,GDAL, and other GIS utilities.

DistroGIS is ideal for a number of use-cases:

  1. GIS professionals who want an on-demand development environments
  2. Those wanting to build a full GIS web application
  3. Those looking to learn more about GIS
  4. As a platform for testing before making changes to your development environment.

Current Distros offered are:

  • Ubuntu 12 and 14

While the service is un-managed, AcuGIS clients who decide to add the service will have the service covered under their existing support contract.
