What does Installation cover?
Installation covers full installation and configuration, as well server hardening. The installation provided is the same as installation when hosting with AcuGIS.
What level of support can I expect ?
Support is provided 24x7x365. We will always do our best to assist you with any facet of your hosting.
What is included in the Annual Support package ?
The optional Annual Support plans provide 24x7 ticket support, as well as Minor Upgrades, Major Upgrades (up to 2 hours), patching, Troubleshooting, Routine Tasks, and How-To Questions.
