Frame¶
A Frame groups child elements so you can move and manage them together.
Goal¶
Add a Frame element to the report and configure it.
Prerequisites¶
- A report is open on the Design tab
- The target band exists
Steps¶
- Select the Frame tool (Shapes → Frame).
- Draw the frame on the canvas.
- Place child elements inside the frame.
- Move the frame to reposition its contents together.

Result¶
The Frame appears on the canvas and in Preview according to its properties.

Frames help organize complex headers and map decoration layouts.
