Image¶
An Image places a picture such as a logo or illustrative graphic on the report.
Goal¶
Add a Image element to the report and configure it.
Prerequisites¶
- A report is open on the Design tab
- The target band exists
Steps¶
- Select the Image tool.
- Place it on the canvas.
- Choose the image source in Properties.
- Adjust scaling so the image fits the reserved area.

Result¶
The Image appears on the canvas and in Preview according to its properties.
Tips¶
Tip
Prefer images stored with the project or on an accessible path so Preview and server rendering can resolve them.
